Point Picker (PP)

PP is a small but very usefull application which works with any Autodesk AutoCAD version. It is based on AutoCAD Parser Library, but makes limited use of the functions available.

It allows the user to simply pick (click on AutoCAD drawing area) and get the point with it's corresponding properties. The user may override this properties, input the desired point code etc. Once the point is picked, it's automatically being sent back and gets drawn, so the user knows exactly what he got.

The various settings even allow an overall control on the precision of the point, for example if the accuracy of the X or / and Y coordinate is set to 2 decimals, that's what is going to be drawn back to cad, even if the position slightly differs. Pretty neat, ha?

You can use it as it is as a stand alone application, embed it in your own app, or just use the framework's functions to achieve the best result for your needs.

It's written entirely in .NET (Visual Basic, still can be used in C# or any other .NET language), source code is also available on demand.
