Simple Translations (ST)

ST is an SDK with a visual component which implements most of it's core functions.

It works in two ways:

You either pass two sets of points (projectional coordinates), select the desired translation method such as similarity 2D/3D, affine 2D/3D, polyonymial, scaleless etc and you get as a result the translation parameters - or:

You set the translation parameters, the method of translation and as a result you get the translated set of points.

It differs from Geo Translator (TR) in two major ways:

a) It lacks of statistical analysis

b) All formulas are completely different, in a way that result parameters are easier to understand and formulas are easier to implement in other devices such as a calculator.

You can use it as it is as a stand alone application, embed it in your own app, or just use the framework's functions to achieve the best result for your needs.

It's written entirely in .NET (Visual Basic, still can be used in C# or any other .NET language), source code is also available on demand.
